Why a world leader in Customer-facing applications approached DTT

One of the world’s leading Basic Support Systems providers approached DTT to migrate to a new User Interface (UI) front-end on an extremely tight timeframe. Our Customer was seeking an efficient means of executing on the automated conversion process, as well as extensive test automation and validation.

DTT Solution

Our approach was to support the conversion of over 1,000 user screens from a web-based to client-based UI. We participated in a multi-site team with the Customer’s U.S. and India-based development and testing organization.

Benefits Delivered

DTT contributed to an on-time, on-budget release of the converted UI. As a result of our involvement, the Customer subsequently requested that we support the implementation of their General Availability (GA) release with major customers; we are currently involved in a number of upgrades.
